Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post with tracking, helping get your products from us to you as quickly as possible.

Our 24-hour timeframe refers to dispatch time. Delivery times after dispatch are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on destination and circumstances outside our control.

Chocolate and heat-sensitive products need more than a cardboard box and crossed fingers.

We have invested thousands of dollars into developing and testing our cold-chain packing process, including quality thermal insulation, protective packaging and ice packs to help temperature-sensitive products travel safely.

Every order is carefully packed with the goal of getting it right the first time.

We don’t believe customers should have to accept melted or heat-damaged chocolate as simply being part of ordering online.

If a temperature-sensitive product arrives heat damaged despite being packed using our cold-chain process, we’ll make it right.

We stand behind the products we send and the care that goes into packing them. If something arrives in a condition that doesn’t meet our standards, contact us promptly with photos of the affected product and packaging so we can assess it and arrange a replacement where applicable.
